Your orders are welcome!
Nevertheless we must setup some conditions to accept your order. Instead of writing pages and pages of small text, you can find here the elementary conditions of your partnership with us:
- This English text is a non-binding translation of the German conditions. The German text will apply.
- The prices shown are not binding and can be changed at any time. The reference currency is Swiss Francs CHF. All other currencies are shown based upon a variable exchange rate. You will always receive an invoice BEFORE your payment. Thus you can oncemore check all prices.
- For novelties we try to show you the estimated date of delivery. If the manufacturer does not release a new product at the announced date, it gives no right to cancel an order. Usually you can profit of a very special discount on reservations!
- Delivery as long as product is available, product might be sold out even when shown in our online shop.
- All orders are placed upon Swiss law. Any other conditions will not be applicable.
- We will never accept US law or juries (because the crazy decisions of some US juries could mean the end of any company ...)
- Warranty: On most of our products you will get 12 months of warranty beginning with the date of delivery.
Exceptions:
- Accumulators: 6 months
- Transmitting and FET transistors: no warranty
